YING CUI Born on April 15, 1981, Cui Ying graduated from Jilin International Studies University in 2002 and currently serves as the Head of the Human Resources Management Center at Yuantuo Group. She joined the Group on September 22, 2025, overseeing comprehensive human resources strategic planning, talent system development and cultivation, compensation and benefits management, performance evaluation, and administrative service operations. Prior to joining Yuantuo Group, Cui Ying accumulated extensive cross-industry and multi-level human resources management experience. vicent Liu, born in February 1977, graduated from Central South University in 2001 with a degree in Powder Metallurgy. He currently serves as the Founding Partner, General Manager, and CEO of the Hardware Tools Division of Yuantuo Group. Liu Wei joined the group in 2019 and served as the Head of Strategic Planning from 2019 to 2021, followed by a role as Assistant to the Group Chairman from 2022 to 2025.
